How To Disable Outlook Mailbox Cleanup

Switch on your Windows powered machine. When prompted, to continue, hit the F2 key on your keyboard.

Open Microsoft Outlook on your Windows powered machine. You can launch Microsoft Outlook by clicking on the Microsoft Outlook desktop shortcut icon. You may also load the application by clicking on the label that reads the same from the Start menu pop up.
Enter your password and username when prompted to log into your email account. Make sure that you enter the correct email address and password.
Click on the Tools option at the top of the window. From the submenu that appears, select the label that reads Options. This will take you to a new window that displays various email settings.
From the pop up window, locate the Other tab and then select it.
Scroll down the Other tab and select the option that reads AutoArchive. The AutoArchive option will allow you to customize your mailbox cleanup settings.
Now you may uncheck the box next to the label that reads Run AutoArchive.
Hit the OK button at the bottom to proceed to the next step.
Hit the option that reads Apply to save the new file settings on your system. This will disable the Automatic mailbox cleanup option and AutoArchive option will no longer run on your Windows machine.
After you are done with the above procedures, hit the Restart option to re-launch Microsoft Outlook.
Check whether the new changes have taken effect or not. If yes quit the disabling process, if not repeat the above steps.
