• Hit the OK button at the bottom to proceed to the next step.
• Hit the option that reads Apply to save the new file settings on your system. This will disable the Automatic mailbox cleanup option and AutoArchive option will no longer run on your Windows machine.
• After you are done with the above procedures, hit the Restart option to re-launch Microsoft Outlook.
• Check whether the new changes have taken effect or not. If yes quit the disabling process, if not repeat the above steps.
